I haven't canned or preserved foods in many years. I had some spoilage issues and decided not to can again. Now I've gained back my confidence to can. It's a good thing to do for camping trips.
Jordon was so informative and friendly. She made the workshop a lot of fun. I had some knowledge of canning going into it but it was great to expand on what I know already and will help me fine tune things going forward. It’s also great to see someone hosting these types of events in our little communities.
