Made me feel more confident in canning and preserving
I haven't canned or preserved foods in many years. I had some spoilage issues and decided not to can again. Now I've gained back my confidence to can. It's a good thing to do for camping trips.
Jordon was so informative and friendly. She made the workshop a lot of fun.
