We’ll cover various techniques & tips for the perfect texture. Take home the skills to make delicious, homemade pasta from scratch anytime. You’ll receive the pasta recipe, a simple sauce recipe and of course take home what you make.
Bring a small bag of flour. Farm fresh eggs can be provided @ $4/dozen (class deal only while supplies last) or you can bring your own. One batch requires 3 eggs and equals 3-4 servings.
If you would like to do ravioli you will need to bring your own filling but a demonstration will be done either way.

Made me feel more confident in canning and preserving
I haven't canned or preserved foods in many years. I had some spoilage issues and decided not to can again. Now I've gained back my confidence to can. It's a good thing to do for camping trips.
